Hey guardians. Are you trying to increase your light level but held back by your artifact. Well there are a couples places you can get them, and personally some more efficient than others.
You can grind rep in court of Oryx and doing Crota's bane bounties on the Dreadnaught. You have what looks to be a 3/4 chance to get an artifact from an Eris Morn package, but thats the only reputation you will get. 100 rep for teir 3, 50 rep for tier 2 and 25 rep for tier 1. Thats a lot of court of Oryx for one package and not much other benefit.
Personally doing Siva Crisis Heroics and getting skeleton keys, which are a random drop will benefit you more. You get reputation for both vanguard and your faction while having a chance at skeleton keys to open the chests, exotics from the bosses and more variety in what you play. Thats my suggestion hopefully it helps you all.
