The bug happens at 0:05. To recreate, place a pillar slightly below a platform, then have Etalus F-Tilt from on the pillar. Simple. I'm not sure what repercussions there are due to the fact that the ice is "floating", since I was in a game and didn't stop to test stuff out when it happened. It's possible it acts the same as if it was actually on the platform above.
