0Originally released for the 3DO in 1994 Need for Speed is one of the most popular racing franchises. Later released for Microsoft Windows, Sony Playstation, and Sega Saturn in 1996.
This game feels more like a video magazine than a game. It focuses more on video of cars than actual races. The game only has eight cars and only a few tracks. It's also weird playing a Need for Speed game without a licensed soundtrack.
