After playing through most of RoboCop - Rouge City, I want to make a video explaining the Auto 9 OCP Board and OCP MicroChips puzzle game. Explain how to slot them in for the flow of power, and the Merging of Chips. I had a hard time finding details about how it works from online, but its not complicated. Skip to 10:52 for a Quick Summary Conclusion.

10:52 Quick Summary Conclusion
---------------------

Note on Merging Chips, the math seems to work by 'rolling' (random value) within a range above your lowest inputted value. Examples:
12% + 12% + 13% = [formula of selecting a number 5 to 20 higher than the lowest '12']
12% + (5) = 18%
OR
12% + (20) = 32%

put in 14% + 20% + 21% = [formula of selecting '14' and rolling a number between 5 to 20 higher]
14% + (4) = 18%
OR
14% + (20) = 34%

Note, this is not exact science of the possible range, just an example of what is possible from what I have rolled. Also that your Engineering skill will multiply the values up to 50% at max Engineering level.
