3The start of the stage has meteors falling, so dodge what you can. Pass by a skeleton throwing crystals and board the platform to the ladder. After climbing the ladder, be careful not to fall into the fire pit. The next section has propeller drones and helmets in jet packs. Descend a few sections and you’ll see gumball robots throw big gumballs. As you cross over the holes, missiles will try to interfere, so let them ascend first before making your move. The next section has diamond bots throwing pellets and shield snipers on gun drones. Go around the rising missiles and you’ll see a hard bat throwing pellets. Turn left and climb a ladder by a gumball robot. Climb the ladder and turn right to face off against a tiger. Turn right from the hard bat and slide through a small space under a helmet to find the “M” letter. After a big gorilla, you’ll next take on some oval drones and rock throwers. Enter the cap doors and you’ll battle against Star Man. Star Man will form a star barrier and throw it at you. Use the Dynamite Chaser to do more damage. Defeat Star Man and you’ll receive the Gradius Shield along with the Harpoon.
