For as much as I like Turbo Man's design, his stage and theme are the ones I dislike the most out of this whole game. I mostly blame that damned tire section, though. Everything else is either incredibly mundane, out of place, or just feels like a huge waste of potential. There's a lot more that can be done with a "raceway" themed level than just some annoying, bouncy tires and not-quite-quickman-lasers.
