Game #80 is Dragon Slayer: The Legend of Heroes on TurboGrafx-CD, a JRPG.
This game is the 6th 'main series' game of the Dragon Slayer franchise (of which only 1 game had been localized on consoles: Faxanadu on NES), The Legend of Heroes also became the first of the spin-off franchise of the same name. The other games of the series would only get localized much further in the future with the next being 'The Legend of Heroes: A Tear of Vermillion' on PSP.
You play as Logan, a prince of the Kingdom of Farlayne; your father died 10 years ago and being only a child, Baron Drax became the regent of the kingdom until you reached your 16th birthday. That day has come, but before suddenly the village you were living in to train for the throne was assaulted and destroyed; only you made it out alive thanks to an escape passage. Finding the Baron was behind the assault, you chase him with a party of friends in order to avenge the fallen.
