Today on RSPS Review we look over Victorious, a 317 based server that surprised me quite a bit. What I loved the most, is that nothing wastes time. Even skilling semi-useless skills like woodcutting has it's pay off in form of custom boxes. Not only that, but you can actually get free permanent donator which I've never seen on a server before.
