This is a game that has to be seen to be believed, When trying to describe it to other people 'made in MS paint' and 'public domain music from the 20's' don't seem to motivate anyone to check it out. But it IS awesome. Somehow it all comes together and seems so fitting that it's hard to imagine it any other way.
