Running It Back - Pokemon Sapphire Nuzlocke Run 2 Part 1
2We're back with another Pokemon Nuzlocke! We're heading to the region of Hoenn!
We'll encounter new Pokemon and new friends in our quest to become champion! We'll also face new dangers. Can we make it through the Hoenn region and become champion?

Nuzlocke Rules:
#1. If a Pokemon faints, it is dead. It must be boxed or released.
#2. Only the first Pokemon per route can be caught. If you knock out or run from your first encounter, you forfeit the encounter for that route.
#3. All Pokemon must be nicknamed.
#4. No items may be used in battle.
#5. You can not level past the next gym leaders ace. Any Pokemon whose level is higher than the ace must be boxed until the gym leader is defeated. A soft cap will be used for rivals and villians.
#6. Rare candies may be used to prevent grinding but not to make route trainers easier. You can use rare candies to bring your Pokemon to the level cap but only after you've battled all trainers before gym leaders or rivals or villians.
#7 Battles must be played in set mode.
#8 If you blackout, you may continue with the Pokemon in your box.
#9. Statics and Eggs are not free encounters. If you choose to use them, they count as your encounter in that area.
These rules may change as the series go on. Hopefully not a lot though.
