In Running On Empty, there is no stamina regeneration and only 1 min 25 sec to qualify for Gold. The three keys are not dying, because that really slows you down, using your stamina potions since they won't be here tomorrow, and positioning, as you can see in the video. Even if not 100% perfect, you should be able to get Gold no problem.

This is my fastest time of 1:11.61, beating the timer by about 13 seconds. Hope this helps and see you next week.
