This is a RymdResa PC gameplay video of the first chapter of the game as it heads for its Steam release date of 20th August.

RymdResa gameplay consists of buying a ship and exploring the 2D galaxy using your thrust engines, taking care not to use up too many resources or crashing into stuff that will sap your resources further. Follow the compass to your destination, but you'll need to detour on quests that restock your resources - or take them away again!
In RymdResa (which is Swedish for "space travel"), you can charge across the procedurally generated galaxy as fast or slow as you like, getting to know the different biomes of space - some regions contain a lot of free resources, others are full of deadly red spikes. Still others contain nebulae, adrift spaceships or asteroid fields.
* Technical note: This video capture doesn't process the game's optional scanline effect very well - it's smoother when playing the game, or you can turn it off completely *
