The MMO Gaming mouse known as the R6 from Rytaki is a fantastic 12 thumb button gaming mouse that allows you to customize any of the 18 buttons total with the R6 software. This is a gaming mouse that also lets you configure the LED light for the Rytaki symbol and has weights so you can adjust the weight of the mouse making it as light or heavy as you want until you get the perfect feel for your hand and wrist.

If you play games that require hitting a lot of different number keys or letters on the keyboard, more than the traditional WASD/QER/1234 keys, then a MMO Gaming mouse might be the perfect mouse for you. For Elite: Dangerous for example I can have my landing gear, cargo scoop, system map, galaxy map, target next, target previous, target hostile, target next hostile, max accelerate, 0 speed, flight assist on/off...etc all tied to thumb buttons instead of having my left hand scramble randomly over the keyboard trying to find the right key in the middle of a space dog fight.

Your thumb trains over time with muscle memory learning the location of all 12 buttons, but buttons 1-4 and 10-12 I found were easiest to hit, it took extra training and patience to get 7-9 to be as fluid since you press the higher number buttons with the inner part of your thumb knuckle instead of your thumb tip.
