If you didn't see it here, I grabbed it during the main story.

Ones collected on the Egg Carrier must have the ship transformed in that way, or else they will not appear.
(Also, make sure to complete an Action Stage before exiting the game, as the game does not actually save the Emblem count. Like, it will totally remember that you grabbed the Emblem, but not update the amount of Emblems you have, making the game totally in-completable, like my Tony Hawk 3 file.)
