In this salsa lesson we did some easy Colombian salsa moves.
Starting with doing the basic move on the spot (instead of moving forward and back). We transitioned into rotating back steps. Then we did cross overs (a back step variation for guys - girls do the same thing as normal rotating back steps). Then we transitioned into a side-by-side position and did Colombia salsa basic steps in the side-by-side position.
