LaunchBox and Big Box have been updated to the new .NET Framework 4.7 in the latest beta! Should help improve performance, especially in Big Box. The updater should automatically prompt to install it if needed. You may need to install any Windows Updates first if you’re behind on them.

The latest beta also has a brand new wall view for all games lists in Big Box! The wall view was one of the top-voted items from the poll. It's still very early and still in development, and it works in the latest beta but will be significantly improved before the official release.
