Saving another not working PC from becoming e waste.
This time its DELL Optiplex 745.
This kind of office PCs used to have Core 2 Quad, Core 2 Duo or some other 775 socket CPU.
This particular come with some Core 2 Duo 3 GHz and 4 GB DDR2 ram
I could not get a signal so I started changing everything.
At the end I found that particular CPU was not supported by this motherboard or it was faulty. So after I replaced CPU fun could start.
