A trip to Shuizhai town (水寨镇), Wuhua county (五华县), Meizhou city (梅州市), Guangdong province (广东省) of China. Beginning of video shows the Exit & Entry Administration. It is a rural area, but does have some industrial zones like Taishang Industrial Park (台商工业园) where some investors from Taiwan and others invested. This start of investment in this area was mostly begun by a Taiwanese named Huang Mingzhi (黄明智) because of his birthplace here. Wuhua is an Economic Development Zone. Near the end of the video I found the first instance of Chinese sushi restaurant (unfortunately business is not great).
