10This is based off true events my english teacher legit told us in class today that and I quote "if you cant sleep because your thinking about the what ifs then just stop because they probably wont happen anyways" LIKE DUDE we know it probably wont happen its just the slight chance that everyone I know secretly hates me even if I know that its probably not true I still believe it I swear it feels like guest speakers and teachers have never had any mental health problems EVER
