Cervantes' 66A+G is more effective at the wall with 66B, W!, 6K reset (more plus frames than 2B). Nullifies step (which is used to beat another 66A+G)... but 3B will still whiff if you think opponent will crouch and they step instead.

Reversal Edge beats both options but can be played around.
Soul Charge is the safest option to give you breathing room.
Critical Edge with Guard Impact can also work.
