Sea of Solitude - Part 4 - Letting go
1Hey everyone and welcome back to Sea of Solitude.
We have been learning about Kays mum and dads life and problems. We can see how they tried to save there relationship through fear of letting go. Kay finds this so hard to hear but there is a valuable lesson that Kay also needs to learn hidden within this story line.
When removing the corruption from the light we can hear both parents talk about what they want to do. They both worry about the family they have made, but also want there own happiness. Kay wants them to listen to each other and work it out, but sometimes that doesn't work and you just need to let go. They both still love kay and her brother, but they need to move on with there own lives even if it is hard to do.
Once kay wakes back up both mum and dad are on the boat again with Sunny. We follow the boat and after some time it crashes again, there must be someone else here who needs us but who can it be. The world around us freezes over and we go to investigate.
We are greeted by a very large white wolf creature. Kay knows straight away that is it Jack. The wolf is beautiful and white like the snow, but there is a darkness underneath. This a a darkness Kay didn't really see before.
Kay learns from her own and others experiences and is able to let go of Jack even though it is a very hard thing to do.
