This was a 2 hour livestream with three serious speedrun attempts. On recount, the first two attempts look like they were about the same time, but the third was 21:38, and is the current WR. The yellow border around the game is a side effect of the way OBS captured it (I didn't realise that'd show up in the stream/record).
The previous WR was played on hard difficulty, which is admirable, but the game's rules on speedrun.com don't mention difficulty levels, as they were written for the original DOS game. I played on Medium (the default difficulty in Secret Agent HD) more out of habit than anything else. I think an Easy speedrun would be fastest and more reliable - you could spend less time picking up ammo, and four health points means taking more damage before dying. Huge props to liminal though, the previous WR holder, for doing his 24 minute 53 seconds run on Hard mode!
