Sega Ages 2500 Series Vol. 31: Cyber Troopers Virtual-On (SEGA AGES 2500シリーズ Vol.31 電脳戦機バーチャロン) is the thirty-first entry in the Sega Ages 2500 series for the PlayStation 2.

This game is an update to the arcade version of Cyber Troopers Virtual-On. It features a variety of extra options such as widescreen support, system link, 'assault mode' (removing projectile weapons) and 'chibi mode' (similar to Virtua Fighter Kids). You can also play as the final boss in 'Z-Gradt mode', and can enable 'dash cancelling', a feature introduced in Cyber Troopers Virtual-On: Oratorio Tangram. Also featured is a model viewer mode and art gallery.

Cyber Troopers Virtual-On (電脳戦機バーチャロン, Dennō Senki Bāchyaron, roughly 'Computer Fighting Machine Virtual-On') is a series of video games created by Sega AM3 (Amusement Research and Development Department 3, later renamed Hitmaker). The series was created by Juro Watari. The original series was first published for arcades in January 1996. The game features fast, action-oriented gameplay requiring quick reflexes. It has seen five installments to date and has been ported to several video game consoles.

The mecha designs for all installments of the series were created by robot designer Hajime Katoki. Related merchandise released for sale include plastic models, original soundtracks, trading figurines, light novels and audio drama CDs. Kentaro Koyama composed most of the music for the entire Virtual-On series as well as other Sega arcade games of the time."
