In this video is an updated Sega Mega Drive & Genesis RetroArch CRT TV shader preset. I make an attempt to recreate an old school retro CRT TV look. I've made an effort to allow for blending of dithering patterns too, so sections like the "Sonic Waterfall" and Streets of Rage 2 Lights should look as expected.
