OK, so I was kindly gifted this Sega Saturn Pic chip that apparently allows you to run mutli region games and switch between 50/60 Hz with just a press of the Reset button, the only problem? .... I did NOT have any instructions for it.

To try and figure it out, although the seller on eBay ( who I did not buy it from and is called "retromodzz" ) did kindly send me a link to them, just the day after filming :p
