Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice Has The Best Combat From Software has Done
38Sekiro Shadows Die Twice still has my favourite combat in all of the recent from software games since Dark Souls 1. Great options that tie into your shinobi based character, tons of verticality interwoven into the exploration, combat and stealth mechanics that are well designed. Game is Replayable with different ways to challenge yourself and it always gives you opportunities to practice all of it's intended mechanics. Souls games give you flexibility to ignore mechanics. Sekiro gives you flexibility to push and explore it's mechanics and it's what I love about the game. It's also the game to exist outside of the soulsphere because it plays differently enough to be it's own thing. This game is proof is From Software doesn't have to rely on polishing DS1's formula to have challenging and satisfying combat.
It's the most focused game they've done recently and the modding scene is awesome.

These mods are very hard and require a good understanding of all the games mechanics and enemies. Would not recommend until you've exhausted the vanilla experience.
