Sentient's debut EP on Illegal Alien Records takes cues from Birmingham techno and features the high-octane punchy rhythmics and maddeningly repetitive motifs you’d expect, yet they’re expertly weaved into a rapturous, sombre sonic fabric of their own. The EP features four original tracks and a main stage remix of ‘Stilted’ by Berlin-based Planet Rhythm and Edit Select veteran Surt.
