Unfortunately, aim sensitivity on this game is pretty bad. I've tested like 15 presets and everyone has pixel skip.
This is not an issue from XIM device, it's the game and the horrible aim port for consoles. You MUST turn on aim assist.

Another thing is why they didn't include Serious Sam 2 on this collection..... pretty sure because they don't want to port everything from the begining on SS2 for consoles...

Graphics options seems to be 2160p or 2160c and 30fps (unplayable for this type of game), performance option is 1080p and 60fps locked.

However, preset used: Rogue Company
