📢 This video took me roughly 700-800 hours to make and was made on a budget of 500$ (not including living/technology costs), because I am the only director, writer, animator, editor, sound designer, and cinematographer who worked on this video.
For the past 5 weeks, I have worked roughly 10-16 hours a day and exhausted my flesh to a skinny toothpick - oh poor me! Self-pitying aside, this project isn't this fancy meditation about culture and philosophy (it's got small peaks of that here and there); the goal for this project was to tie up all the loose ends and wrap up the character arcs that I began developing 6 years ago, and also to flex my 30000 hours in SFM!
What does this all mean for HoovyTube and me? I'm developing a new series that is far more ambitious and I'm CONFIDENT with every fiber of my being that it will be something special. Now I will rest.
