This ice cream bars taste like coffee mocha with a hint of caramel too. The boba's itself taste like brown sugar milky type of jelly, but the ice cream as a whole gives me a mocha coffee taste. Sometimes I get a bit of caramel taste, but the vanilla with chocolate dominates the taste. The boba is rich in flavor and very sweet and mixes with the ice cream just pleasingly well. When I spotted this at Costco, I didn't hesitate to get it or not, it was an automatic response to try these delicious treats. It was in the freezer for $13.99 and just a couple were left.
