SideScolling ARPG & Local Co-Op Hack & Slash Action! – Bravery and Greed Demo – #02
Bravery and Greed is an Indie, 2D, Action RPG Roguelike with Procedural Generation, a multiplayer Hack and Slash Side-Scroller that has you cleaving and blasting through the random dungeons in style!
In Bravery and Greed, each class plays very differently, with different attacks, special abilities, and general feel.
For example, the mage can summon an arcane golem, which bounces around and mirrors the mage’s moves, tanking and punching down the monsters, while the Sword and board fighter is better in melee, and can block attacks.
Additionally, you can specialize your chosen character by the blessings you choose at the shrines in the dungeon, shaping your character from the many meaningful choices available.
Meta Progression is present in the form of your gold score, which is used to determine
item unlocks that can appear in your next run, as well as dungeon modifier cards you can apply to those runs, offering some benefits, but having some drawback as well.
Think more found gold, and found gauntlet items might grant more powers, but monsters hit 35% harder; stuff like that.
So, gather more gold to unlock more goodies!
Concerning Controls:
Gamepad support is present, and good, though you can play two hands on keyboard as an alternate if you wish.
Multiplayer is very well covered as well, offering both online and split screen local co-op, for up to 4 players!
Note: This is the demo version of Bravery and Greed and thus any encountered bugs or other oddness is not representative of the final product.
Still, Bravery and Greed is offering fun ARPG Dungeon Crawler Action with both random dungeons, and optional Co-op. Cool!
