In a final attempt to defeat the unknown assassin, Seizan gathers the energy of various organisms of the refugee planet and launches it as a Spirit Bomb. With a distraction from Kyo, Seizan is successful. However, the celebration is cut short when the evil emperor Ousho reveals himself and offers Seizan an alliance. What are Ousho's true intentions behind this surprise offer? How will our weakened heroes stand against him?
