Simple raised roundabout highway exit on Cities Skylines console edition.

simply place a small Roundabout raised over the existing highway.
Add the on and off ramps using highway ramp road.
Add the 4 lane road heading in the direction required.
Use the landscaping tool to raise the land around the roundabout and on/off ramps, smoothing them out.
I placed a fence around, you know to stop the kiddies.
Plant trees, bushes to taste.
