Finally here is the complete edition of my first comunity lot, enjoy!
This sport complex consists of:
Reception, lobby, employee bathroom, wrestling room, 1 male and 1 female bathroom, area for coaches, martial arts room, gym, spa, relax area, sauna,
outdoor bar-terrace with pool table, outdoor pool, 2 jacuzzi and VIP parking...
The complex is placed in Starlight shores, 64x64 lot
All expansion pack used (except katy perry and diesel stuff packs)

Installing intructions: Open the winrar file, click on S3P file and it should be installed automatically with launcher.
Then, open the ''used packages'' file (is in winrar file too) and put it in your ''packages'' file.
