In this video I show of an op glitch that lets you get basically anywhere in the game Lego City Undercover. It requires two players (or two controllers and a lot of practice) but it's really awesome.

The easiest way to get on top of the helicopter (we found this one to work best) is to warp to player but you can also jump on to it using the terminal (that's how I did it at first) or other geometry (you'll probably have to move the vehicle, for example, the stairs nearby). This method is harder because the blades block your jump

The location I land on in this video used to have a police shield but I already collected it. I suspect that the intended way to get it has something to do with the Viking ride but I didn't know how so I had to get creative. That's what I love about this game, anything buggy takes skill and feels cool and almost intended.
