In this video tutorial learn how to get the "Thieves Guild Fence Chest", "Do Not Delete" Chest and Standard Tavern Merchant Chest. You'll need as many previously acquired do not delete chests as you can muster to get at these. Some Tips on the initial drop in: I breached from the third floor to maximize fall time as you gotta point straight down to drop your chest good enough to land upon. Difficult ones like this with no platform to work with I like to reconfigure my buttons. It's more likely that it belongs to Gulum-Ei, the Argonian trader/fence who sits just inside the door. You do not have to be a member of the thieves guild to enjoy the bounty.
