Witcher 3 soundtrack.
Lot's of utilities (containers have names, lots of storage for various unique Skyrim items, every crafting bench is located in one spot)
Outside area of the house is very unique and scenic.
Located right on the road
Customization (Fireplace and candles)

Main area should be a little more spacious.
Could do with more customization options (rugs and bedsheets perhaps)
Some of the music should be played at night rather than day.
Could do with a bathroom.
Should probably be able to ferment wine or something.

*I rate mods as a teacher grades tests, 7 being an average mod/game, and for every good thing points are added and for every bad thing/stupid hassle points are taken away
