This is the "Slow Dance" frame from Wonder Machines (a 2018 Kickstarter project). Vibrated items are visually sampled via an 80Hz strobe to create the slow motion effect. This looks way better in person. As of right now, the cheaper knockoff versions don't perform nearly as well, but I bet someone will come up with good DIY open source version soon.
