This is the happiest I've felt for an RTA PB in my life (so far). Basically only 1 truly awful split (The Talk of Pirates) in a 6+ hour run is kinda remarkable. A total of 2 splits where I lost more than 40 seconds to my gold.

Battle on the High Seas: One-shotted only 2/8 ships (meaning that I lost 1:05 to optimal in 1v3 battle and 35s in 1v4 battle = 1:40, although I managed to get very favorable ship movement patterns in the 1v4 battle despite missing 3/4 of the one-shot snipes so it could've still been much worse)
Operation: Reverse Double-Cross: 3rd try Disguise Jump strat, didn't get RNG based pattern skips strat in the final boss (15+9=24s)
