SPOILER WARNING!
After several attempts, I did separately both phases of Sin Man without taking damage. SMBX2 needs more insane boss battles like these.

No damage taken, no powerups, no mounts, no cheats, played as Toad (then Mario), and no revives (because the fight locks you out of them anyway).
Current patch used is v1.0.5.
