In sneezing village, we have a few people who had allergies because of pollen from the flowers we recently planted. So diggy with the help of Aja, must collect samples of such flowers, a flask and solve some octagon puzzles to power up a machine that can make the pills and then distribute them to those affected.

0:00 - Talk to Aja.
2:24 - Fetch 3 flowers which are causing allergies.
11:09 - Go to the center building to find flask.
11:36 - Solve octagon puzzle in the library.
13:30 - Get the book and exchange it for flask.
14:09 - Go to the lab.
15:03 - Solve octagon puzzles to power up the machine.
21:36 - Put all flowers and flask and create the pills.
22:16 - Give the pills to all 7 people having allergies.
23:45 - Talk to Zde'nko, quest complete.
24:05 - Find remaining tile.
