SNES Classic Edition Unboxing/Review
After the huge success Nintendo had with the NES Classic Edition, they have now released the SNES Classic Edition! It took me quite a while to get my hands on the NES Classic Edition, so this time I lined up at Target early on launch day and managed to get it. The system is a miniature version of the original SNES, however it has a bunch of games built-in and does not accept additional games (unless you unofficially hack it). It's a simple little system, but it's pretty cool to experience these retro games in this old school style package. One issue with the NES Classic Edition's controllers was the very short cable. They've made it a bit longer, but unfortunately it's still short so I would still recommend an extension cable. The other nice thing is that it comes with two controllers do you don't have to hunt down any more. If you're looking to play some retro classics in a cool collectible system, I definitely recommend picking this up, if you can find it in stores.
