This is the hardest cup. It's not that bad once you get use to it. If you can get past Donut Plains 3 and Koopa Beach 2 then you should be in the clear if you got Rainbow Road down. Time trial doesn't really prepare you for 150cc Special Cup because it's only 100cc and for some reason Rainbow Road doesn't have the ramps in time trial. That threw me off when I played Rainbow Road in time trial then played it in Special Cup for the first time.
