It is very likely that this will come naturally when going for the trophy for going through the game without using any med kits. You are bound to get struck by the enemy at some point. If you want to get this out of the way then your best bet is to get it in Act One. All you need is to clear an area leaving just one enemy, then let him spot you and get a strike on you. Once you have been hit, just kill him and finish the mission off making sure no med kits are used throughout the mission. The video shows you the mission that I did this on.
