IMPORTANT NOTES:

- The boss fight will end abruptly and restart after completing it, so you'll have to exit manually.
- It's HIGHLY recommended to use the physics swap mod to change the characters' physics to Super Sonic's. You may not be able to beat the boss without doing so.
- For some reason, Big crashes the game when loaded using the character select mod. In order to play as him, follow the instructions below.
- Sonic and Metal Sonic will always load as Super Sonic. To fix this, follow the instructions below.
- Mind the collateral damage.

INSTRUCTIONS:
---
To load the boss:
1) Download and extract SADX Tweaker anywhere you want.
2) Open the program and add the game's .exe file (sonic.exe) to the program.
3) Click on "Window", then to the extender tool, and extend it to 0x2000.
4) Click on "Window" again and open the trial level list editor.
5) Add another entry to Sonic and Metal Sonic's sub game lists and select "Perfect Chaos".
6) Save and launch the game.

To use the character select mod:
1) Download and install BetterSADX.
2) Download and install MainMemory's character select mod.
3) Open the SADX Mod Loader .exe and check off the mod in the first tab.
4) Click "Install Loader" and launch the game.
5) Install and launch Cheat Engine.
6) Download MainMemory's cheat table and place it in C:\Documents\My Cheat Tables.
7) Launch the game and link the game process with Cheat Engine by clicking the scan button at the top.
8) It will prompt you to open "sonic.CT". Click "Yes".
9) Load the boss fight. Once it's loaded, in Cheat Engine, check off "Super Sonic" and change the value to 1.
10) Reload the boss. You should be able to play as your desired character without dying instantly.

To play as Big:
1) Install and launch Cheat Engine.
2) Download MainMemory's cheat table and place it in C:\Documents\My Cheat Tables.
3) Launch the game and link the game process with Cheat Engine by clicking the scan button at the top.
4) It will prompt you to open "sonic.CT". Click "Yes".
5) Check off "Current Character" and change the value to 7.

To play as normal Sonic/Metal Sonic:
1) Download and extract SADX Tweaker anywhere you want.
2) Open the program and add the game's .exe file (sonic.exe) to the program.
3) Click on "Window" and open "Action Switch".
4) Switch all of Super Sonic's actions to Sonic's.
5) Save and launch the game. You should be able to play as Sonic or Metal Sonic over Super Sonic.
OPTIONAL: In SADX Tweaker, select "Animation Switch" and swap Metal Sonic's second running animation with his first.
