Well, now that I'm back, I'm going to keep charging forward with these.

Apparently, the Super Sonic video for Sonic Riders (and its sequel--but I'll get to that later) have been very popular, and a new frequently asked question has popped up as of late: How do you unlock Super Sonic? This video is part of a series that will show the Gold rank for every mission in the game.

Sky Road, of course, is the Babylon version of Babylon Garden. Unusually, the mood here is brighter than the Heroes variant, and it also seems to be about the same difficulty rather than substantially harder.

Cream needs to score lots of trick points in Mission 1:
C - 0 pts
B - 1 pt
A - 2 pts
AA - 4 pts
S - 6 pts
SS - 8 pts
X - 10 pts
Get 16 to pass or 30 points for the Gold. For whatever reason, Sky Road feels harder for me to aim for the ramps than in other courses. You might have less trouble. In any case, remember that the pieces of raised ground in front of those gaping holes count as trick ramps too--don't approach it too slow though, or you won't have the momentum to land on the other side.

As usual, get 8 pieces of junk in Mission 2 to pass or all 12 for the Gold:
1. Do a high trick off the first jump (hold down when leaping off). You'll catch it at the apex if you can land an SS-grade or X-grade trick.
2. During the hairpun turn to the left. This may take a few tries.
3. To the right after the second jump.
4. To the left of the first gaping hole.
5. To the right of the second gaping hole.
6. On the inside of the 270-degree turn to the left.
7. In front of the ramp to the third gaping hole.
8. Do a trick off the ramp right after the 7th piece. You'll land on a series of flight hoops. This is on the second hoop.
9. This one is on the third hoop.
10. If you took the flight shortcut, Tails will land on this piece.
11. Directly in front of the final jump.
12. Carefully position a high trick to get onto the upper path.

The time given to you in Mission 3 is 1 minute 5 seconds. Get under 52 seconds for the Gold. Don't forget to land on the grind rail towards the right after the first jump, and try to go for at least one of the gaping hole jumps, as Air is of the essence here. You'll use up a lot of it cornering, and there aren't many opportunities after the second jump.

Smash 9 of the little pillars in this stage as Knuckles in Mission 4 to pass, but there are 15 total. Get them all for the Gold. They're not too hard to spot this time--they tend to be surrounded by bombs, so wherever you see them, look for a pillar nearby. The 11th one will lead to a lower path where you'll find the 12th one. In a noral race, there will be a pile of rubble you can knock down to get here. The 15th one is located right by the finish line, just like Babylon Garden's corresponding mission.

Mission 5 is a Speed mission, where you'll fail the mission automatically if your speed ever goes below 140. You're using Knuckles again for this one, which is good because Power characters are designed to never stop moving. Again though, Air is of the essence here. This time, there are pillars lined up for Knuckles to gain more air. The last ramp, by the way, requires a level of precision I can't do without slowing down substantially, so I just went for the lower one. I still got under the 55 seconds needed for the Gold.
