Sonic Unleashed - Full Game
1In space, Sonic the Hedgehog storms Doctor Eggman's fleet. He uses the seven Chaos Emeralds to transform into Super Sonic and give chase to Eggman. However, the doctor lures Sonic into a trap, allowing him to snatch the Emeralds to power his Chaos Energy Cannon, which he uses to shatter Earth and wake a deity known as Dark Gaia. In the process, Sonic transforms into the "Werehog" and the Chaos Emeralds are drained of their power. Eggman leaves Sonic and the Emeralds to plummet back to Earth.
Sonic lands in Apotos and meets a creature he names Chip, who suffers from amnesia. He resolves to stop Eggman and help Chip restore his memory. The two eventually meet Tails, who takes them to Spagonia to meet Professor Pickle. However, they discover that Eggman is holding Pickle captive in Mazuri. After rescuing him, Pickle explains the nature of Dark Gaia and reveals that restoring power to the Chaos Emeralds via the Gaia Temples would help the planet return to normal. Sonic journeys around the world to find the Temples and reassemble the planet. It is eventually revealed that Chip is Light Gaia, the opposite of Dark Gaia, and he lost his memories because, like Dark Gaia, he was prematurely awakened by Eggman. By this point, Sonic travels to the last temple, over which the doctor has built Eggmanland by harnessing Dark Gaia's power. While Sonic is able to restore the last Emerald, Dark Gaia becomes complete, draining the dark energy that turned Sonic into Werehog, and knocks Eggman out of the way. Sonic transforms into Super Sonic, while Chip uses the Gaia Temples to become the Gaia Colossus. They fight and defeat Perfect Dark Gaia, but the battle leaves Sonic too exhausted. As the final continent moves back into place, Chip flings Sonic back onto the surface while he remains behind. Sonic wakes up to find Chip's necklace and parting words, and runs off with Tails.
