17I also experimented with the a1 on display at the Sony store. (Firmware 3.0)
The same symptoms appear. = I strongly suspect that this problem is not the fault of the device, but of firmware 3.00.
When holding AF-C with 'Recall Custom hold', camera AF sometimes malfunctions.
AF-C works normally with the shutter button.
