Amy has joined the SoulCalibur VI roster today, so I went ahead and gave her a try! She's pretty fun to play, despite sharing Raphael's weapon style, I feel she differentiates herself quite a bit from him, in part due to her rose gimmick.
Essentially, some of her attacks have her throw red or white roses at the enemy, stacking four of either kind of rose will grant her access to some new moves and power up her corresponding Critical Edge, the neutral input uses the Red version, the forward input uses the White one.
Her full potential is unlocked when you hit the opponent with four of each rose, for 8 in total, this'll give her access to her full moveset as well as a Purple variant of her Critical Edge, which is her most powerful form of it.
This basically makes her a pretty late-game character, sadly, it's likely that the match is nearing its end when you unlock her full potential, but that's just my analysis as a casual player.
