Everyone's favourite. I actually really like the song; with a good pair of headphones, the bass really shines. It sounds like you're constantly being chased down in some decrepit concrete maze, still holding onto the fleeting feeling of being cool, maybe leftover emotion from a party or something.
This song appears to be Jasper Byrne's (Sonic) second track. He is listed as one of the members of North Base on the official SoundCloud page. It's likely a song he thought deserved more attention, and I totally agree.

Guide: For me, this level was the hardest out of all in the original soundodger. Originally, it had a 4 out of 5 star rating, but it was bumped up a rank in soundodger+. I had problems with a lot of the sections, so I recommend playing all the other songs before coming back to this one.
The trickiest part is at 1:15. The best path I use is by visualizing a circle that passes through where the spheres intersect. This keeps me far enough away from the outside as to not get hit, while still being able to dodge the bullets that come in front of me.
